We kindly ask you not to neglect the listed requirements!

If it is impossible to fulfill one or more of the rider's conditions, deviations /exclusions must be agreed with the manager no later than 7 calendar days before the start of the event.

In case of non-fulfillment of any point without the consent of the organizer, the Arkadi directorate has the right to cancel participation in the event without compensation to the organizer.

Each sheet of this rider must be signed by the organizer/head of the inviting company. The signature must contain a transcript of the full name, position and full contact information.

Before signing, please ask the manager for the current version of the rider.

The training program or coaching sessions are discussed individually with each customer.
All the nuances related directly to Arkady's performance must be agreed in advance with the manager.

The signed rider must be scanned and sent to email: or WhatsApp to the manager.

The invitation to the event must contain:

1. Approved brief or detailed description of the project/event
2. Country, city
3. Planned location/address
4. Preliminary date and time of the event


Important!

Arkady has an emergency plan that includes people, companies and contractors with whom he will never work again/cooperate. We kindly ask you to provide information about the companies, participants and organizers of the event in the brief in advance.

At the request of the manager, for security reasons, the organizer must provide a list of guests planning to attend the event.


Award

Remuneration and gratitude are discussed with the manager after receiving a detailed event plan.
The amount of remuneration directly depends on the format of the event.
After agreeing on the date, conditions and format of the event, the organizer transfers a deposit in the amount of 50% of the remuneration amount and sends the signed rider to the manager.

The announcement of the event is possible only after the prepayment has been credited to the account.

The date is considered booked after making a deposit.
If the event is cancelled due to the fault of the organizer, the deposit will not be refunded.
The amount of the reward does not include the cost of completing the rider.
Five calendar days before the start of the event, 100% of the remuneration amount is paid.


Audio and video recording

STRICTLY! Audio and video recording is prohibited during trainings and coaching sessions. For video reporting, you can shoot the first 5 minutes of the performance: going on stage and applauding.

Arkadi's manager is allowed to shoot for editing and personal use on Arkadi's social networks, unless a ban on its holding has been announced in advance by the organizer. Before posting the video in your reports or social networks, you must first coordinate all the details with Arkady's manager.

Room

1. High-quality sound insulation. Without extraneous external and internal noise. The lack of audibility of what is happening in the neighboring halls!
2. Serviceable quiet air conditioning, and other household appliances.
3. Good lighting without faulty flashing lights.
4. Proper ventilation. The room should be well ventilated in advance.
5. On the table for the speaker's props in advance will provide.

· 2 bottles of water without gas in the glass and a glass.
· Hypoallergenic baby dry and wet wipes.
· A pumped-up white volleyball and a writing black marker. (for training and coaching sessions)

6. The manager sends the handout to the organizers in advance (if available). The organizers, in turn, provide the required number of printed copies for the audience on the day of the event.

Security

Attention! At the time of the performance, access to the stage and backstage space is prohibited for any persons except for the concert organizers, those. personnel and other pre-agreed persons!

It is necessary to strictly control the entrance and exit to the stage, in order to avoid the penetration of unauthorized persons at the time of the performance!

It is necessary to ensure the safety of the speaker, to prevent possible ingress of foreign objects thrown onto the stage from the hall!

The responsibility for Arkady's life and health during the event is borne by the security staff and the organizer!

Technic

Depending on the format of the event, the composition of the necessary equipment may vary.

1. A computer/laptop with the necessary programs installed and checked in advance.
2. Interactive panel / LCD projector and screen/monitor.
3. High-quality sound and acoustics in the hall, tuned and pre-tested head radio headset.
4. A remote control for the presentation or an assistant who will switch slides. Important! Presentations are not transmitted to the organizer, they are available only on our flash drive. Copying is prohibited.
5. The teleprompter. The need is agreed with the manager, depending on the nature of the performance and the criteria of the venue.
6. The stage must be of adequate size for the performance. At least 4 square meters. The elements of the scenery should not interfere or make it difficult to move around the stage. The stage cover must comply with safety standards. Do not slip or spring.
7. The lighting equipment must be qualitatively configured, not to dazzle the eyes. It is highly desirable to ensure a decent artistic filling of the stage space without glare and dips. The hall should be sufficiently illuminated so that the speaker can see the audience if necessary (agreed with the manager).
8. Professional photo and video shooting is prohibited during the performance without prior approval from the management.

Key aspects

1. The mandatory availability of hypoallergenic dry and wet wipes for children (in the dressing room, in the room, in the car and during air and railway transportation).
2. Pleasant aromas. The room and the car should smell nice.
3. 2 pairs of disposable, high-quality slippers in the hotel, size 44-45.
4. Full meals (to coordinate the menu with the manager).Herbal teas, tea with ginger and honey are welcome.
5. If you travel outside the Russian Federation, you must provide 2 activated SIM cards with the ability to make calls and access the Internet.
6. If the departure lasts more than one day, meals/daily allowance must be provided for the entire period of stay! In case of travel outside the Russian Federation, the amount of the daily allowance must be agreed with the manager!
7. Upon request from the manager, the organizer must provide the opportunity to invite up to 10 guests to the event.

Transfer

The organizer provides logistics for the entire period of Arkady's stay.
All air and railway tickets are purchased by Arkadi's manager at the expense of funds transferred in advance.
All tickets must be refundable.
During trips from Arkady, the presence of escorts is possible.
The information is clarified with the manager.
For accompanying persons, transfer/accommodation is arranged in economy class.
It is necessary to provide the manager with a contact phone number and the name of the person meeting and the driver.


Air

Flights for Arkady are not lower than business class.
If the flight lasts more than 2 hours, food and drinks must be provided on board.
VIP lounge and passage for departure and arrival at the airport for 2 people including connecting flights.


Railway

A purchased COMPARTMENT for 2 people.
The option of railway travel is considered only if there are no other options for moving. The ticket price must include full meals and drinks and sets of bed linen.


Auto

The car is not lower than business class, clean and odorless.
At the time of the meeting, 4 sealed plastic bottles of mineral water without gas with a volume of 0.5 liters should be prepared in the car interior.
During the stay in the city, vehicles must be assigned to the Arcade and be in the operational access zone.
All movements must be carried out according to the schedule without delay.
Parking should be arranged at the entrance to the hotel and at the venue of the event. The car needs to be warmed up in advance in the cold season.
Drivers should be neat, sober, and careful when driving (male only).
In addition to the driver, there should be no strangers in the cabin.
Accommodation is a comfortable 4-5 star hotel.
Location — in the city center or near the venue of the event (must be agreed with the manager).
The room is preferably on the upper floors.
It is desirable to have a bathroom and a balcony in the room.
Important! Without any animals.

To conduct a photo shoot, you must first agree on the date, time and style of shooting.

• Upon request, the manager will send photos for posters and promotional materials to the responsible person.
  
• During the advertising campaign, only photos, logos and other information materials previously agreed with the manager can be used/posted.
  
• All promotional activities must be coordinated with the manager in advance.
  
• No later than 5 days before the performance, Arkady's management must receive a list of media outlets that plan to take photos and videos at the performance.
  
• After the event, the organizers need to provide the manager with an overview of local press materials and photos published in the media.
  

• If you have invited Arkady to lead your project, this automatically gives him the right to make decisions within the framework of the workflow. For maximum work efficiency, trust in his professional vision is necessary.
  
• All materials for the workflow must be prepared in advance to avoid delays in deadlines!
  
• The change of the concept/materials of the project must be agreed upon before the start of the project!
  
• Preliminary approval of the team composition is mandatory. It is possible to make adjustments in order to improve the work process.
  
• The workplace must be fully equipped with everything necessary, the operability of equipment and electrics must be checked in advance. It is advisable to send a photo of the workplace in advance.
